About Heathurst
Heathurst Coatings Pty Ltd is a Melbourne painting and decorating company with more than four decades of trade experience in Australia and Europe.
Our aim is simple: exceptional work, outstanding service and genuine value on every job. People don't choose us because we happen to be nearby. They choose us because of the standard we hold ourselves to, and because we don't leave anyone disappointed.
What sets us apart
We combine proven techniques with premium products, and we don't rush the part most painters skip: the preparation. Cracks are filled, surfaces are sanded and primed, and your home is protected before any colour goes on.
Over the years we've worked on private homes, period properties, warehouses, offices, schools, leisure facilities and nursing homes. The standard is the same on all of them.

What our clients say
They came back and fixed up any marks left by other tradies. What a service!Elena · Interior repaint after renovation
The service provided by Stephen and his team was way beyond my expectations. Not only was the painting done to an excellent standard, the consulting and advice that he gave before the job gave us the confidence that we would get the result we wanted. We got a number of quotes, but the pre-sales service is what set Stephen apart from the rest. I would recommend Heathurst to anyone.Homeowner · Interior & exterior
We got the interior and exterior of our house painted, as well as our wooden windows stained. We were very happy with the job done by Stephen and his team. Stephen was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the job. Our house is a Victorian (1880) and required a bit of prep work to fill in cracks in the ceiling and walls, and this was all done to a very high standard. We would not hesitate to use Heathurst in the future.Homeowner · Victorian (1880) home, interior & exterior
We have had a lot of painting done over the years. I have never had such a good job done as Steve and his crew have just finished for us. Price very reasonable and workmanship cannot be faulted in any way. They are always there when they say they will be, and they go out of their way to please you.Homeowner · Repeat client

Excellent from start to finish. Stephen is a very friendly, honest, efficient and professional painter and plasterer, and he is always punctual. I needed my apartment plastered and painted well within a short time frame before I moved in, and he made that happen. The quality of work was outstanding. I would strongly recommend Heathurst Coatings for anyone who wants quality work done.Apartment owner · Plastering & painting before moving in
